Jon Klassen won the 2013 Caldecott Award for his book This Is Not My Hat. Respond to one of these two questions:

1. What do you think happened to the small fish at the end of the story? Be sure to support your idea with evidence from the book.

2. Do you think it was okay for the big fish to take his hat back from the little fish? Why or why not?

I think that at the end of the book the big fish ate the little fish and took the hat because that was wrong to take a hat when you don't ask for it first.
