Hi Parents,
Happy first day of spring. Today was a fun-filled day for the 2nd graders.  In the morning, there was a cultural arts assembly, and we were joined by the 2nd grade students from Haddam Elementary School. Afterward, the 2nd grade students at Burr had a chance to meet their Haddam pen pals. We did a craft together and then played together on the playground.

I sent home the results of the unit 5 math test today. Please look for it in your child’s backpack. Tomorrow, we will be starting a new unit exploring addition and subtraction within 1,000.
