Today the children performed a play for our Kindergarten buddies. They worked real hard to learn the signs that went with their lines. Thank you to Ms. D for her hard work. Thank you to Mrs. Blair for being our prop lady and for her work on the background. Enjoy! We had a wonderful year end celebration today! Thank you to everyone who brought in treats. It’s been a great year!!!!! Today we were engineers! Our mission was to create something that would keep an ice pop from melting. The finished products: The results:  The winning design that only allowed 2 ml of the ice pop to melt:  Today we had our Author Share! It was a day to celebrate all of the great writing we have done this year. Parents were invited to come “meet the authors of Room 11”. They read samples of poetry, opinion writing, information writing and more!  Today we celebrated Ms. D’s summer birthday. We are so lucky to have her in our class this year.
