Today we met our Kindergarten buddies. We are super excited to be the "big kid" buddy. We are looking forward to all of the fun and exciting things we will do together this year. Today was a day to get to know each other. We let them play together outside. They had a blast!
 Everyobe looked so beautiful and handsome today for picture day! I can't wait to see our official class photo!
The kids had a fun day wearing their pajamas to school. They also enjoyed getting to bring a stuffed animal friend to class with them!  Tomorrow is an early dismissal day! The kids will be dismissed at 1:05 pm. It is also pajama day. This is a fundraiser to support the Jimmy Fund. $1.00 to wear pajamas and $1.00 if you want to bring a stuffed animal to school!!!!!
Today we had our first Cultutal Arts assembly! What a fantastic program it was. Burr school welcomed DJ Reggie and DJ Oreo all the way from PA. We had a lot of fun dancing with them while learning a great lesson on being trustworthy, respectful, responsible, fairness and caring. Tonight is Curriculum Night! It begins at 6:30 in our classroom, Room 11. I hope to see you all there!
We are off to a great start here in Room 11. I am so excited watch the kids grow over this year. We are ready to start our first FULL week of school this week. There are so many exciting things to learn this year, and we are READY!
